Creations in Jewelry owner, Mark Toomey, proudly considers his jewelry productions one of a kind wearable works of art. In order to insure that your purchase experience with us is a positive one, we make the following promises:

-  Returns are only accepted within 5 days of your receipt, for items in original, unworn and resalable condition only.

   -  Creations in Jewelry stand behind the pieces 100% and they are to be free of defects in workmanship, to be made of the finest of materials and to be made to the specifications of our clients if custom made. Each piece is given a careful inspection by Mark Toomey himself before it is prepared for shipment. If, by chance, your piece is found to be defective or damaged in any way, please return it to us within 5 days. We will replace the piece or provide a 100% refund/Credit towards another purchase. 

  - Diamonds may be returned within ten (10) days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping charges. Accompanying lab reports will be sent following the inspection period.

   - Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover expenses for refinishing worn or damaged items. Items that are unable to be restored to new condition will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.

-  Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.

     - Before sending any item back to Creations in Jewelry you must call us at (800)-324-1008 and speak with Mark Toomey about your concerns or issues.

-  All items must be insured. Creations in Jewelry will not accept liability for items damaged during shipping.

- Creations in Jewelry are not responsible for any items lost in transit.

-  All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Return and Refund Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.

- Each piece of jewelry is unique and may not be exactly as pictured.

We work closely with our clients to insure that each piece meets their design expectations. We encourage you to call or email us to discuss any element of the design process. When you order your piece, an order confirmation email will be sent to you itemizing the details of your piece. We highly recommend that you carefully review this order confirmation and contact us immediately if any detail is not as you intended.

Creations in Jewelry will be happy to work with you to make any necessary adjustments. An additional fee may be charged, depending on the change (e.g. wrong size ordered, misspelling in personalization, etc.) Please note that personalized rings cannot be resized. We strongly recommend that you have your finger sized by a jeweler prior to ordering. 

Please note that should any jeweler other than Creations in Jewelry work on your piece, the Creations in Jewelry guarantee will be voided. Additionally, Mark Toomey and Creations in Jewelry is not responsible for an individual's allergic or other type of reaction to any precious metal.
